While the 9mm lower looks the same as the 45 acp lower the parts are redesigned for the smaller cartridge. The kriss vector series is practically impossible to compare to any other firearm on the market especially considering that they have become the prototype for futuristic guns. That bad boy spits out 45 acp at a finger scorching 1200 rounds per minute. I think that 45 acp for an smg is generally a bad idea compared to 147gr 9x19mm.
